The Healing Meals provides up to a week’s worth of meals that can be ordered in advance and be picked up or delivered. All of their meals are gluten-free and dairy free. However, they have meals containing meat and most of their vegan options contain oil. (On a visit to the store, the chef confirmed this)
Their stated goal is to encourage healthy eating and offer convenient and delicious food, including meals for special diets.
The chef assured me that he can adjust his vegan recipes to meet whole food plant-based criteria.
