Low-fat Spinach Hummus

Equipment: Food Processor

Ingredients:

One 15-1/2 oz can of garbanzo beans (chick peas) drained and rinsed

2 cloves of garlic

½ small onion

½ Tbsp garlic powder (optional)

½ Tbsp Onion Powder (optional)

¼ Tbsp black pepper (optional)

Juice of one lemon

2 cups raw spinach

Combine all ingredients in Food Processor. Process until you get desired consistency.

You can replace spinach with Roasted Red Peppers. (Use less than 2 cups)
