Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup low sodium vegetable stock
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger (or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons arrowroot

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in blender, heat until slightly thickened
