Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup low sodium vegetable stock
- ¼ cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger (or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger)
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 teaspoons arrowroot
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender, heat until slightly thickened
