Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. fresh Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons of raw peanut butter, mixed with two tablespoons of water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup pure honey
- 1-1/2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds
Directions:
- Place a rimmed baking sheet in the oven, preheat to 450 degrees F.
- Add salt to peanut butter mixture. Toss Brussel sprouts in the peanut butter mixture
- Spread on baking sheet. Roast until browned and tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk honey, sriracha sauce and lime juice in a bowl.
- Drizzle Brussel sprouts with the honey mixture and stir to coat and roast 5 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
