Salad with Tahini and Fresh Lemon

Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Radicchio
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Sesame Tahini
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix one bag of prepared salad greens with 4 tablespoons of tahini.
- Blend one peeled lemon in a blender or Nutribullet with a little water (about 2 fluid oz.)
- Add blended lemon to bowl.
- Cut one half of a large cucumber into thin slices and add to bowl. Mix all ingredients as needed.
