Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 lbs 100% Whole Wheat Pasta
- 4 pints of cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh Basil – (1 –cup of packed leaves)
- ½ cup of hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp low sodium vegetable broth
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt (optional)
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed.
Roast tomatoes and chopped garlic in oven at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes
Add tomatoes and garlic to food processor with basil, hemp seeds, veggie broth and salt. Pulse to blend
Toss with pasta and enjoy.
