This is a good choice when you are short on time and need to put a healthy dinner on the table.
Ingredients:
Jar of Sauce (oil free) or homemade sauce
Whole Grain Pasta
White beans (any type)
Directions:
1. Warm up sauce in pot.
2. Add beans and let simmer at least 10 more minutes.
3. Cook pasta according to manufacturers directions (do not overcook)
4. Pour sauce over the pasta and serve.
NOTE:
For variety, you can add some veggies to the sauce, such as broccoli, spinach, green beans, zucchini, etc.
