Glazed Bananas

From: The New McDougall Cookbook

Serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

6 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the orange juice concentrate in a saucepan and warm over medium heat. Add the sliced bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the vanilla and cinnamon and continue to cook until the moisture is absorbed, about 2-3 minutes.

Serve warm.
