Curry Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 7 oz. Brown Rice
- 15.5 oz can of chick peas
- 5 oz. bag organic spinach
- ¼ cup organic carrots
- ¼ cup Pistachio seeds
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 2 – 6 oz cans of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 6 cloves of garlic
- ½ red onion, diced
Direction:
- Cook rice
- Drain and rinse chick peas (Garbanzo Beans)
- Add all ingredients together
- Stir in large frying pan or wok
