Chickpea Salad
Ingredients:
- 5 cups of chickpeas
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ white or yellow onion – diced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Juice of one lemon
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Mix ingredients all together in a bowl. Enjoy!
