Buffalo Wing Hummus
Ingredients:
- 15-oz can chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Frank’s hot sauce
- ¾ teaspoon paprika
Use as dip with veggies or oil-free crackers
Directions:
- Drain chickpeas, reserving the liquid
- Place garlic in food processor and whiz.
- Scrape sides and add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, paprika, and 2 tablespoons of bean liquid.
- Whiz until smooth and creamy, adding a touch more bean liquid if needed
- Taste, adding more tahini or hot sauce, if desired. Chill
- Serve with crackers or veggies
