Brown Rice with Pumpkin Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 15 oz. cans of pure pumpkin
  • 2 cups uncooked brown rice
  • 1/1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary (Use more if needed)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2-1/2 cups Almond Milk

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice. Drain.
  2. In a separate pan, combine all other ingredients and cook until heated
  3. Combine with rice and stir well.
