Ingredients;
½ cup pitted dates
¼ cup water
10 oz bag of frozen blueberries (thawed)
2 Tablespoons of chia seeds
Directions:
- Place dates and water in blender or food processor
- Blend/process for 30 to 60 seconds
- Add ½ bag of blueberries
- Add chia seeds
- Pulse on low a few times
- Add the remaining blueberries
- Pulse to get a thick, chunky consistency
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
