Blueberry Jam (No Canning Required)

Ingredients;

½ cup pitted dates

¼ cup water

10 oz bag of frozen blueberries (thawed)

2 Tablespoons of chia seeds

Directions:

  • Place dates and water in blender or food processor
  • Blend/process for 30 to 60 seconds
  • Add ½ bag of blueberries
  • Add chia seeds
  • Pulse on low a few times
  • Add the remaining blueberries
  • Pulse to get a thick, chunky consistency
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
