Parsley Hummus

Parsley Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1-1/4 cup parsley
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 or 3 Tablespoons water
  • ½ Tablespoon cumin
  • ¼ Tablespoon black pepper
  • ½ avocado

Directions:

Place all in a food processor and process until smooth.
