Parsley Hummus
Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups chickpeas
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1-1/4 cup parsley
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 or 3 Tablespoons water
- ½ Tablespoon cumin
- ¼ Tablespoon black pepper
- ½ avocado
Directions:
Place all in a food processor and process until smooth.
