Oatmeal Cookies: No Flour! No Sugar!

Ingredients:

  • 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup raisins or cranberries (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup dairy-free dark chocolate morsels (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix and form into cookies
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
  3. Store in refrigerator
