Oatmeal Cookies: No Flour! No Sugar!

Ingredients:
- 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup raisins or cranberries (optional)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup dairy-free dark chocolate morsels (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix and form into cookies
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- Store in refrigerator
