Mushroom and Rice Soup (Crockpot)

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of vegetable or mushroom broth
- 3-1/2 – 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon date sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon mustard
- 1-1/2 – 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, except rice and peas , in a Crockpot
- Cook on low for 4 hours
- Add rice and peas, continue to cook on low for 1 hour
